We exclusively use high-quality paint brands, including Dulux, Resene, and Haymes. Our commitment to quality ensures both durability and a stunning finish.
We handle the bulk of the preparation work, but we do recommend:
– Removing delicate items and clearing the area to be painted.
– Ensuring trees, plants (either potted or in the garden) are trimmed or removed, providing clear access for our painters.
– Making sure our team has access to ALL AREAS that need painting.
Our system follows these stages:
Preparation:
– Loose and flaking paint is either sanded or scrapped to create a sound surface.
– Minor holes, cracks or imperfections are filled with appropriate materials.
– Bare areas are spot-primed.
Application:
– We use brushes, rollers, or sprays for application, depending on the situation.
For previously painted areas:
– We spot prime bare areas or fully prime for a glossy finish.
– Then, apply 2 coats of Premium Acrylic Paint.
For new surfaces:
– We start with 1 coat of Primer/Undercoat.
– Followed by 2 coats of Premium Acrylic Paint.
Colours:
– Our standard is 2 coats. If the client-selected colours have poor coverage, we may suggest additional coats.

Initially, we charge a 10% booking fee based on the project’s total cost. This ensures and locks in the price for materials. As the project progresses, we follow a system of progress payments, charging only for the completed work.
